Precise location, camera imagery, career profile details, saved jobs, and application drafts remain on your device. TicTik does not sell personal information or use cross-app tracking.
Information you choose to provide
To open the live web MVP, we store your name, either your email address or mobile number, your consent timestamp, and the page where you entered. We use this information to provide MVP access and essential product updates. If you join the TestFlight waitlist, we store your email address and the page where you joined. If you contact support, we use the information in your message to respond.
Location and camera
Location is requested only after you tap a location feature. The app uses it on-device to calculate distance and order nearby opportunities. The profile stores only a broad area label. Camera access is used to place the scanning experience over your surroundings; TicTik does not upload camera imagery in the MVP.
Career profile and application data
The MVP stores your profile, preferences, saved jobs, and application history in local browser or app storage. Clearing device data removes these items. The MVP does not submit a real application until an official employer or applicant-tracking connection is configured.
Job-platform handoffs
When you open a provider search, TicTik sends the role, broad area, and selected filters in the destination URL. The destination provider then processes your activity under its own privacy policy. TicTik does not scrape private accounts or republish restricted listings.
Service operations
Our hosting provider may process limited technical logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable, such as request time, device/browser information, and network address. We use no advertising trackers in the MVP.
Retention and choices
MVP-access and waitlist records are kept until the beta program ends or you ask us to remove them. You can clear local product data from Privacy & Safety inside the app. To request access-record or waitlist deletion, contact support@tictik.ai.
Children
TicTik AI is not directed to children under 13. The job-search experience is intended for people legally able to pursue employment in their region.
Changes
We will update this page when the product begins using accounts, employer integrations, analytics, or other new data practices. Material changes will be communicated to beta participants.
